Ohio River Bridge, Downtown Crossing

The Downtown Crossing project connects Louisville, Kentucky, and Clark County, Indiana, with a modern bridge facility carrying six lanes of northbound I-65 traffic. Circle City Rebar supplied over 16,000 tons of rebar to support the construction of the new bridge and associated roadways. The project also features expanded approaches and a reconstructed Kennedy Interchange, enhancing the flow between I-65, I-64, and I-71 in downtown Louisville. This large-scale infrastructure upgrade has significantly improved regional transportation and accessibility.

I-69 EXPANSION

I-69 Finish Line, also known as I-69 Section 6, is the sixth and final section of the Interstate 69 connection between Evansville and Indianapolis. The work begins in Martinsville and ends at I-465 in Indianapolis. Circle City Rebar provided rebar for 3 of the 5 phases of the section, totaling over 9,000 tons. I-69 Finish Line includes more than 26 miles of new interstate highway, more than 35 lane miles of new access roads and dozens of new, rehabilitated or replaced bridges. In addition, crews are constructing 14 overpasses and underpasses.

The Clear Path 465 project will transform one of the state’s busiest interchanges with high-speed, high-capacity ramps for I-465 and I-69 that reduce traffic weaving and merging; improving safety and traffic flow on I-465 and I-69 where they connect on the northeast side of Indianapolis. Circle City Rebar is projected to provide over 3,000 tons. Clear Path 465 includes added travel lanes, new ramp lanes, 14 new bridges, two rehabilitated bridges, maintenance work and interchange modifications. Construction began in early 2022 with improvements expected to open to traffic by the end of 2025.

Lincoln Yards, Life Sciences Complex

Lincoln Yards (1229 West Concord) is a state-of-the-art life sciences complex, designed to support advanced research and innovation. Completed in 2023, the 8-story, 268,000-square-foot facility includes custom lab and office spaces, hospitality-level amenities, and new landscaping along the riverfront. Circle City Rebar supplied over 1,600 tons of rebar to the Lincoln Yards project. Accurate forecasting and clear communication ensured on-time deliveries, despite logistical challenges and deadlines. Efficient problem resolution kept the project on schedule and allowed for quick turnaround times.

HYATT PLACE & HOUSE

The dual branded Hyatt Place and Hyatt House hotel property was developed in the Wholesale District of Indianapolis in 2019, and is directly across the street from Gainbridge Fieldhouse, the home of the Indiana Pacers and Indiana Fever. The dual-branded property represents a prominent landmark within central downtown and creates an experience that enables guests to enjoy both brands under one roof. Circle City Rebar provided over 1,250 tons to the 15-story building. The layout includes a large, single lobby serving both the 186-room Hyatt Place hotel and 130-room Hyatt House hotel. Amenities are designed to accommodate game day crowds with a parking garage open to both hotel guests and the general public, over 6,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, indoor swimming pool and fitness facilities, a second-floor indoor/outdoor lobby bar that overlooks Pennsylvania Street, and over 13,000 square feet of ground floor retail space.

Circle City Rebar supplied over 500 tons of rebar to the Lake Forest project, ensuring on-time deliveries despite tight deadlines.
